This visit was not as successful as past visits There was confusion in getting the loaner because no clear information was provided when I came to pick up the car but the staff manager on duty got me a loane confusion in getting the loaner because no clear information was provided when I came to pick up the car but the staff manager on duty got me a loaner ??however when my car was ready for me to pick it up I noticed the driver's seat was very dirty and my car wasn't washed !
