Brought my truck into Carlos. Said it would take a week to fix. No contact from Carlos at all. I suddenly get a TEXT message saying the truck is ready after 4 weeks. 2 issues with the truck were not addre to fix. No contact from Carlos at all. I suddenly get a TEXT message saying the truck is ready after 4 weeks. 2 issues with the truck were not addressed. They put my truck through the car wash and my license plate broke off. They take it back fix it and now finally on my way home. I turn on the A/C (which was supposed to be fixed) and hot air was still coming out with MAX A/C. I turn around and brought the truck back. On to week 5 and still no answers.?!?! More
