I love the service dept. at Williamson automotive! They always take care of me like family…even when I call them with a problem out of the blue. They always say “Lisa, have w at Williamson automotive! They always take care of me like family…even when I call them with a problem out of the blue. They always say “Lisa, have we ever told you no? Just come on in!” (The entire staff is good to me but especially Mike Valledares and Carlos Gemara who work with me most often) That is so reassuring to me, since I’m an older woman who often travels alone on the road. At least I know that my vehicle is safe, well maintained and will likely make it to my destination and back without any problems. Any time I do have an issue, they take me right away and I trust them completely. They have often done so at their own inconvenience just to be nice. Needless to say I am very thankful for their consideration and have complimented them to Mr. Williamson, who is himself, very kind, interested and accessible. My husband and I are both very happy and satisfied customers. More
