Great service. Would recommend inspecting car wash machine, since if left a lot of hard water or chemicals on black paint. I intend to file a complaint regarding the numerous mistakes made by you and your team, particularly in the return of my vehicle. As a Cadillac, BMW and Mercedes Benz owner who has dealt with cars for mistakes made by you and your team, particularly in the return of my vehicle. As a Cadillac, BMW and Mercedes Benz owner who has dealt with cars for my businesses and service managers and technicians, I am deeply disappointed that you, Erik, failed to inspect my business car before allowing me to pick it up. My car came back in worse conditions than I left in it. Horrible service! More

This visit was not as successful as past visits There was confusion in getting the loaner because no clear information was provided when I came to pick up the car but the staff manager on duty got me a loane confusion in getting the loaner because no clear information was provided when I came to pick up the car but the staff manager on duty got me a loaner ??however when my car was ready for me to pick it up I noticed the driver's seat was very dirty and my car wasn't washed ! In the past my car would be washed and vacuumed ready for pickup by the customer More

I’ve owned many vehicles over the years, but I’ve never encountered a service advisor who delivers the level of professionalism, communication, and customer care that Erik does. He consistently goes above and beyond, making every service experience seamless, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. His attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to his customers are second to none. In fact, if Erik decided tomorrow to leave Cadillac and work elsewhere, I would seriously consider selling my Cadillac and purchasing whatever vehicle brand he was servicing just to continue working with him. That’s how much trust and confidence he inspires. Cadillac builds great vehicles, but exceptional people like Erik are what create lifelong customers. He is the gold standard for customer service, and an absolute asset to the dealership and the Cadillac brand. If every service advisor operated at Erik’s level, the automotive industry would be a much better place. More
