where do I start. first off the issue with the loaners I have a Cadillac Escalade and the only loaner you have available this time was a tiny Buick encore I actually couldn’t drive it anymore my family didn have a Cadillac Escalade and the only loaner you have available this time was a tiny Buick encore I actually couldn’t drive it anymore my family didn’t fit in it so I had to go back after calling for five times and finally speaking to the manager you were able to change up my loaner. this is the second time I bring my car in for the same issue last time you had my car for a month this time a month later you had my car for another whole month I left I don’t know how many messages and called I don’t know how many times to get a status to finally go in to get my car. When I go to get my car I’d find out that you guys charge on oil change without my authorization even though I just had an oil change two months ago and I’ve driven the car maybe 2000 miles in the last six months because it’s been in your service for half the time. The car still has the same issues with the transmission and the clicking when I turn the wheel as the last two times I’ve got it in one of those times you told me with something regarding to wear and tear and I’ve had to pay out-of-pocket to replace whatever it was but the issues have not gone away. Not only has the quality of my Cadillac gone way downhill as it has nonstop issues but I’m very disappointed in the service and the lack of follow up that I have received.
