I had the worst experience at Williamson Cadillac. I brought the car in Monday morning with no ac. I explained that I was driving from Ocean Reef to Tampa on Friday. Mickey said that he was confident brought the car in Monday morning with no ac. I explained that I was driving from Ocean Reef to Tampa on Friday. Mickey said that he was confident that they could get it fixed by Friday and if he couldn’t that would let me know so that I could take it somewhere else. Late Wednesday afternoon Mickey told me that they wouldnt be able to fix it, hopefully the next week. Then I spoke with a manager who said that he would get it done by the end of Thursday then Mickey called about an hour later and said that best case the following week was the only time I could expect the work done. Mickey couldn’t have cared less. So tomorrow I’m driving my Escalade to Tampa with 3 small kids and a dog with no ac. I will never use a Williamson dealership and I will make it my mission to tell everyone I know at the Ocesn Reef club how they treat their customers. I have also emailed Cadillac with information on my visit. More

I didn’t get a call from the service advisor when the car was ready. I was told it would be minutes and I called three hours later for an update.
