To add insult to injury when I returned home I had my car fixed. Work was done in 3 hours. I told the local dealership that Williamson Cadillac told me that they had inspected my brakes and that I needed new brakes right away, per Mickey. He went so far as to suggest it wasn't safe. Upon a Cannon Cadillac inspection they told me that my brakes were fine, that they were in very good shape. That is the type of honesty that I look for when selecting a car and a dealer. It's disturbing, that a Williamson would encourage me to spend $600 on brakes I didn't need to. Just glad that I never need to go back to Williamson again.

I didn’t get a call from the service advisor when the car was ready. I was told it would be minutes and I called three hours later for an update. Then when I paid for the service the porters took 30 minutes More
