Normally I get excellent service, and I tell everyone but yesterday was bad. Told me oil change would last 45 min to hour and they would text when complete. After one and a half hours I went to ask and they yesterday was bad. Told me oil change would last 45 min to hour and they would text when complete. After 20 minutes at valet I went back to cashier and she said oh I’ll check now and I had to wait another 15 min for car. They used to wash the car also and they did not. More
was greeted very nice and very polite. I drove there to speak to the manager who agreed to replace the camera and what a different now. I can't believe the advisor and the mechanic thought it was good. upon picking up the the car I explained the Valle person that I am in a hurry and don't wash my car, after 10 min I asked about my car and he told me it's being washed. I explained again that I requested not to wash and and I need it now as I am late. all my bleeding didn't help, waited around 20 plus meeting for them to finish washing my car!!!! maybe it's because I don't speak Spanish and they didn't understand me? who knows. manager is great but the experience wasn't pleasant. More
When it comes to the service writer Carlos Gomara he very generous, polite, and always helpful with my needs. I can honstly say, I don't mind having to service my truck. Going to Williamson is like going to a friends home. I only wish very service related experience I deal with, would be half as good!!!
