This dealership is very sloppy with their work and have no respect for customers or their time. My car was at the dealership for over a month one of my issues (my rear seat not folding down )was not resolv no respect for customers or their time. My car was at the dealership for over a month one of my issues (my rear seat not folding down )was not resolved and in fact when I picked my car up I had to bring it to the attention of the service manager Rolando I then had to take it to another shop and then return it(my car) to the dealership for another day to finally get it fixed. Every time to include this time I take my car to this dealership they damage at least one of my rims so I always have to leave my car to include this time at the dealership for extended time. This dealership has a scanner to check your vehicle coming in but don’t check your vehicle after they do damage to your vehicle so if you don’t check it thoroughly that’s going to be your problem. This visit they had to repair my front rim which they damaged and now when I drive my vehicle over 70 it doesn’t feel as smooth as it did when I got my car alignment at this dealership. I got no updates and had to contact them and most of the time I got no reply when they had my car. They were not rude or disrespectful I just don’t feel like a valued customer or a respected part of the Cadillac family and one of the reasons I got this ev is because I believed that Cadillac service would make the purchase worth it. I took my Cadillac to bomin and I was unhappy with the service there. Then i brought it in to Williamson and it was night and day.
