I was really disappointed as a first time customer of service dept. not really that friendly and definitely not helpful. I had to bring my car back several times and problem still persists. One time they service dept. not really that friendly and definitely not helpful. I had to bring my car back several times and problem still persists. One time they even returned my car with seats full of grease from mechanic sitting on it. It wasn’t just driver side but passenger and back seat and worst part about it the guy who delivered the car didn’t think much of it.no one even called to follow up even after my complaint. It really is a shame because driving by and watching commercial I really thought better of them. More

The waiting is always 3 or 4 hours, too much. I got there at 10.40 am, the appointment was at 11 am .... I was there until 2 pm.
