I didn’t like the price I received for my 2015 Chevy Colora do, it was a vehicle that I purchase for $35,500 with only 850 miles on it and only received $29,000 for it. Your company is telling me that your product drops $6,000 in under 30days…..not a good thing…. I will pass this on about your business practice to others. I will not bring my business back to your lot again. When I receive your report card you get all F's except for my sale REP. Terrible buying experience We scheduled an appointment to see a vehicle that our salesperson recommended. We arrived and had our trade evaluated. We agreed on a price on the veh We scheduled an appointment to see a vehicle that our salesperson recommended. We arrived and had our trade evaluated. We agreed on a price on the vehicle, but could not agree on trade in price. We left the dealership. About 20 minutes later our salesperson called back and said they would agree to our requested sale price for the vehicle and give us what we wanted for our trade. We told him that we wanted it. We came back to the dealership within the hour and waited for the finance office to prepare our sales paperwork. After 40 minutes our salesperson informed us the vehicle had sold. They frantically searched for a comparable vehicle which they had none. We left very disappointed. I will not visit in the future and will strongly discourage my friends and family from visiting. More

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! Our truck went back three times! We bought a truck from Willis in the beginning June and it is now July 23rd and we have only had the truck home for a week total. It has been returned for repairs three times, the first time they claimed to fix something and actually never did! The salesman was terrible and lied to us multiple times. One of the other managers also lied to our faces the first time it was picked up telling us that it had been repaired when it actually had not. The service department has fed up excuse after excuse claiming that they are waiting for parts. All they do is lie to cover themselves. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM WILLIS! More
