Very helpful on a bad day I went to the dealer to have the battery in my fob changed. While in the parking lot I backed into another customers car. There was not much damage b I went to the dealer to have the battery in my fob changed. While in the parking lot I backed into another customers car. There was not much damage but the service manager came out and looked it over. We went inside and I gave him my information and told him I still needed my battery changed. They change the battery twice and it wouldn’t work. I was still upset from striking the car And he was very nice and comforting me. Turns out I need a new fob and they took care of it right away.
