Service mgr Ben is terrific Windshield cracked on my brand new Telluride a month after I bought it. Kia Corp had sent a letter indicating that windshield cracks were happening and that although there isn't a recall, Kia will cover the cost of replacement if it happens. I contacted two Kia dealers near my home (Elmhurst and Naperville) and neither of their service dept. personnel had a clue what I was describing when I told them about the letter from Kia and the case number Kia had created with me. They both insisted that I had to drop off the car and leave it there until they got payment from Kia and only then would they replace the windshield. Thank goodness I next called Willowbrook Kia and Ben (service manager) took my call. He was aware of the windshield issue, immediately ordered my new windshield and called me when it came in a week later. The install was perfect and only took one day. All personnel were very pleasant and friendly and Ben personally made sure everything went smoothly. If we hadn't now moved out of state, I'd never go anywhere else but Willowbrook Kia. More

Quick and competent I recently took my car in for oil change and 30K check up. I also had a recall notice that was taken care of at the same time. The service department wasn’t too busy due to Covid outbreak. They took my car with an appointment right on time and very quickly. They had an area outside for me to wait. My car was completed within a couple hours, all services completed and check out was easy too.! Andrea T More
