I am very happy with my new vehicle, but I am disappointed with my overall delivery experience. However, the process leading up to delivery was frustrating and disorganized. We had already agreed on pricing on Saturday, but I did not receive the final bill of sale until Monday morning. Because of that delay, I had to cancel and redo my loan paperwork to ensure the numbers matched correctly. This could have been handled before delivery day and would have made the process much smoother. I was originally expected to arrive at 9:00 a.m., but the vehicle was not actually ready when I got there. The gas tank had not been filled, and I was told the vehicle still needed to be prepared. As a customer purchasing a brand-new vehicle, I expected it to be fully ready before my scheduled pickup time. The biggest disappointment was the condition of the vehicle at delivery. The exterior and interior did not appear to have been properly detailed. There were dirt marks and stains that I had already noticed during my visit on Saturday, which led me to believe the vehicle was not thoroughly cleaned before delivery. I ultimately paid to have the vehicle professionally cleaned myself after leaving the dealership. I was also disappointed that much of the factory plastic had already been removed. For many customers, taking delivery of a brand-new vehicle is a special experience, and I would have preferred to remove those protections myself. While I am very happy with my purchase and appreciate Anthony’s efforts, the dealership’s preparation and delivery process did not reflect the level of service I expected when purchasing a brand-new vehicle. I hope this feedback is used to improve the experience for future customers. More

My biggest issue was with the general manager, who repeatedly talked over me whenever I tried to ask questions or express my concerns. It felt as though my input didn’t matter and I was never given the opportunity to have a normal conversation. In addition, his speech and demeanor came across as unusual and unprofessional, which made the interaction uncomfortable. Whether discussing a vehicle or negotiating a purchase, customers deserve to be treated with respect and allowed to speak without constant interruption. I came in ready to do business, but left feeling frustrated and unheard. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. More

STAY AWAY! !! This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership and service department in my entire life. My Kia Optima has been at K !! This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership and service department in my entire life. My Kia Optima has been at Kia Willowbrook for over 11 weeks and is still not repaired, not drivable, and not even correctly diagnosed at this point. They are telling me they still need more time to figure it out. To make matters worse, I was never once able to speak with an actual service manager despite numerous attempts. I went in there today hoping to speak to one of the managers...only to be told they are not there. I also found out that the man, Justin, who I believed was one of the managers this whole time and has been my primary contact so far....is NOT even one of the managers. Apparently, I haven't even spoken to a manager yet. Despite this, I am now being asked to pay over $4,300 for incomplete and partially unauthorized work—just to have my car released and towed elsewhere. Completely unacceptable experience with communication, transparency, and service. Zero stars. More
