"Great salesman" I was in the market for a Hyundai Elantra and I noticed the ad for such from Wilson Hyundai. I was in DESPERATE need as my 14 year old Daewoo was dyin I was in the market for a Hyundai Elantra and I noticed the ad for such from Wilson Hyundai. I was in DESPERATE need as my 14 year old Daewoo was dying a slow and painful death! I pensively emailed the dealership wanting to "touch base," but afraid to give another "pushy" salesman my information for fear of cyber stalking! (Give them your info and they email you every 5 minutes!) Much to my surprise, i received a very low key response from Bobby Carter just asking if there was anyway he could help. I responded that I was coming in the next day (again I shuddered, thinking this IS WHEN HE"LL POUNCE). However, to my relief, nothing more than: ask for me and I'll see if we can do. From the minute I arrived, the experience was nothing short of the best! Bobby was relaxed, honest and professional. We spent the first hour test driving several different pre-owned Hyundai Models. Once I decided that was the Make of car I needed/wanted, I called my husband who came down to the dealership and we narrowed down the decision between Elantra and Solantra vehicles (boy it was sure difficult with so many great pre-owned quality Hyundai's!). Not only was Andrew very patient and helpful, the three of us had several laughs during our test drive and paperwork process. I wrongly had the impression that the "used car salesman" mentality still existed. It was refreshing to discover that at Wilson County Auto, specifically Hyundai, that this belief is simply not the case! It was very low-pressure but everyone involved was still available to assist us. This was a not typical car buying experience with pushy sales gimmicks or "better act now" language. Lydia was very helpful and informative. I would highly recommend her for your next car purchase. The car we purchased had a small scratch on the fender when we purchased it. We were asked to bring it back when the body shop was open to have it repaired. Unfortunately, the scratch was deeper than expected and had to be kept overnight. The dealership solved this problem without issue by letting me choose a used car to borrow until my repair was completed. I didn't have to ask-- Lydia offered the loaner car. When I returned the loaner and picked up my Veloster, the manager (I think..I never got his name) even sent a salesperson to fill up my gas tank. I think this experience shows the level of service you can expect at Wilson County Hyundai. More

This is the 6th vehicle I have purchases from Wilson County Hyundai. There are closer dealships to me but the two main reasons I purchase my vehicles there are Ryan Vantrease and the service departmen County Hyundai. I have purchases all my vehicles from Ryan and have always found him to be knowledageable, professional and interested in what I was looking for in a vehicle. He has the ablilty to listen to what the customer is telling him about what they are looking for and then helping direct them to the model that would best suit their needs. The overall dealership carriers on the genuine concern that Ryan shows by making the entire buying experience different than other dealerships I have dealt with over the years. Their entire staff make you feel at home and try to make your time there a pleasant one. Their service department is also outstanding from the time you drive in the door to get your vehicle serviced until they are explaining everything that was done and make sure you understand what was done and that you are satisfied. I will continue to drive to Wilson County Hyundai to purchase and have my vehicles serviced as long as I am treated in the manner I have been in the past..It is truly an atmosphere that does not make car buying a dreadful experience.
