I have bought 5 cars in my my life. My experience at Wilson County Hyundai was by far the best. I was initially drawn to Wilson County Hyundai because their website is the most transparent in the middle Wilson County Hyundai was by far the best. I was initially drawn to Wilson County Hyundai because their website is the most transparent in the middle Tennessee area. In the past year or so, dealerships have started listing as little information as possible about their vehicles and you have to call or email to get more information on a car. That makes it impossible to compare apples to apples across dealerships. If I wanted to give a dealership my name, email and number, I would come to the dealership. WCH listed every feature on the cars clearly on the website and provided plenty of pics too. To make sure I wasn't buying blindly, I requested info on another Elantra Gt at a different dealership. I had to answer 20 questions and wait several hours just to find out the interior colour of a car. They quoted me a price $500 more with less features than that of the car listed on Wilson Co 's website. So I drove out to Lebanon and test drove the car. My sales rep, Ryan Vantrease, was knowledgeable, courteous and straightforward. He didn't try to upsell me to the more expensive cars on their lot and still treated me like I was the only customer there. He knew every feature of every car on the lot and not just because it was his job; he genuinely respects the cars he is selling. From drive up to leaving with my car traded and a new one financed, it took less than 3 hours total. I would highly recommend buying your next car from Ryan Vantrease at Wilson Co Hyundai. More

I have been dealing with Wilson County Hyundai for several years. This is the 5th car I have purchased from Ryan Vantrease at this dealership. Ryan is always willing to help find the right vehicle t several years. This is the 5th car I have purchased from Ryan Vantrease at this dealership. Ryan is always willing to help find the right vehicle to fit your needs. He has a keen ability to listen to what the customer is saying in order to help them select the vehicle that they will be happy with and will best serve their needs. This dealership treats you like family and not just another customer. I highly recommend this dealership and personally recommend Ryan to handle your transaction. Two people that are not listed above are also important to a customer when they do business with WC Hyundai. Jenni Watson always greets you with a smile and when you call into the dealership her refreshing voice and making you feel you are her only concern at this time makes every visit and phone call an enjoyment. She is a valuable asset to this dealership. Wayne also handles the finance and additional add ons in a professional way. He makes you aware of items that will enhance your purchase but does not make you feel that if you decide not to purchase them that you have made a grave mistake. So many dealerships put you in the pressure cooker when you get into the finance office. At WC Hyundai their attitude is that they are there to advise you and serve your needs and that whatever decision you make is in your best interest. This is the first time Wayne has handled my financing but I was pleased in the overall process. As mentioned in the people I deal with Randy Jackson is also the example of excellent customer service. He and Sasha Bennett along with the Service Department Staff make bring your vehicles in for servicing something that you do not have to dread. They make you feel at home and help you in whatever your needs are while your car is being serviced. I highly recommend this dealership along with its staff to meet your needs in purchasing and servicing a vehicle. More

My husband and I were very pleased with the sales and service for purchasing a new car at Wilson County Hyundai. I am the primary driver for the new car, and Michael Zartman took great care to get my li service for purchasing a new car at Wilson County Hyundai. He showed me the differences between my Nissan Murano and the Santa Fe, the car I was interested in. We followed up with Michael by e-mail on a Sunday and surprisingly, he responded back and followed up on our request. He found the exact car with the features and color I wanted. When we went to pick up the new car, Michael personally was washing the car for us because the person who does that task had the day off. Michael and the staff at the dealership were very attentive to detail, found the car we wanted and did a great job on price and financing. It was a great new car buying experience and I would highly recommend the dealership and Michael Zartman. More
