Sales staff is both friendly and helpful, not pushy or overbearing. I can go in and be not feel like I'm being pounced on. Service is excellent. I've had work done there for years. I was shopping for a used hyundai, toyota, or honda with anything less than 80,000 miles at $13500 or below. I got a great deal on a 2009 hyundai sonata with 77,000 miles. It was a nice experience and we were not pressured to buy (no lines like "if we can do XZY, do we have a deal today?"). Ryan was very knowledgeable about the cars we test drove and didn't try to steer us tow (no lines like "if we can do XZY, do we have a deal today?"). Ryan was very knowledgeable about the cars we test drove and didn't try to steer us toward more expensive models. We made the car choice and Ryan worked with us to maximize the available financial incentives. The finance manager also offered warranty packages but there was no pressure to buy them. All in all, a positive experience and we will return for another car someday. More
