Let me start out by saying I just bought my third Hyundai. I have purchased all three at different dealerships. My experience at Wilson County has been, by far, the most pleasing. These guys are out to sell cars and they aim to please. They offer very professional, knowledgeable, service with the warmth and friendliness of a small town business. My sister recently went to Wilson County Hyundai and they helped get her out of an ugly negative equity situation and put her in a really nice Elantra that she can easily afford and that will provide her with years of good, worry free, transportation. I've been bringing my "Hyundai #2" to Wilson County to be serviced for almost three years now and already felt I knew the sales guys even before they helped my sister. Everyone there is so friendly and genuine and they always go out of their way to speak to you and make sure you are comfortable while you're there. Rob Crockett may well be the best car salesman I've ever encountered. He knows his product and he's very honest and forthcoming. Yes, I said honest; not your stereotypical car salesman; right? :) Rob is assertive without being pushy. He's just such a cool and friendly guy that you really don't mind if he calls to rap for a while. And then there's Daryl Peterson; again, honest and friendly. Daryl is very fair and will work with you on the numbers to get you where you are comfortable. He puts on his game face during the negotiations but you can just tell he wants you to be happy with your deal and works hard to achieve that. Once the deal is done, Daryl is like a big ole teddy bear and you can tell he is genuinely happy for you. Wayne Fielder in the finance department knows his stuff so well you really don't even have to think; he handles and explains everything before you even ask. But if you do have a question; Wayne's got the answer. This whole dealership is truly amazing and I always recommend them to anyone I think may be needing or just wanting a car. Not only is Hyundai a reliable product, but these guys put the cherry on top with excellent service you can trust. I just bought my third Hyundai. I have been bringing Hyundai #2 into the Wilson County service department for almost three years now. I have always said that at bad or dishonest mechanic can really wre Hyundai #2 into the Wilson County service department for almost three years now. I have always said that at bad or dishonest mechanic can really wreak havoc on your life, but you can rest assured you don't have to worry about that with these guys. With a man like Randy Jackson at the helm, you know things are being ran smoothly and as they should be. I know honest isn't a word you typically hear when talking about a car dealership, but Randy Jackson oozes honesty and you just know you can trust him. Randy runs a tight ship around the shop which puts your mind at ease and he's also just a really cool guy that's a lot of fun to talk to and cut up with. Then there's the mechanic, Kevin Reese. Kevin is very thorough and goes over my car with a fine tooth comb every time I bring it in, even if just for an oil change If he finds a problem, he explains it to you thoroughly and even utilizes little samples and things they have there in the shop so you understand. When I say problem, the things that have been wrong with my car have actually been just normal, routine, maintenance items that Kevin has nipped in the bud. I had 180k on Hyundai #2 and it was still going strong thanks to Kevin; just wanted a change. I know I can trust Kevin to maintain my car with precision and skill; he is worth his weight in GOLD and he's very sweet and personable too. And last, but certainly not least, there's Sasha. She not only holds down the desk in the shop but she logs the cars in and is quite knowledgeable about cars herself. She always has an answer for things and is usually on point but she also always follows up with Randy or Kevin just to be sure she's told you right. She is also a very sweet person and a lot of fun to talk to. All of the guys in the shop are a lot of fun to cut up with but they know how to get serious about working on your car. I always recommend them to everyone since they work on all makes of cars. I try to tell people about this little gold mine in the heart of little Lebanon TN so that everyone can experience and enjoy the peace of mind of a truly good service department. More
