Wonderful! I wasn't even planning on buying the day I went on to the lot, I was only looking at a car I'd seen online. I was wasting time until I had to meet som I wasn't even planning on buying the day I went on to the lot, I was only looking at a car I'd seen online. I was wasting time until I had to meet someone for lunch, so after our test drive, Victor suggested I take the car for a few hours to see how I liked it and let my dad take a look at it, too. I was on a tight schedule that afternoon, so I came back an hour or so later, asked them to crunch the numbers, and they did everything they could to get things going in the time I had and get the numbers where I needed them. Victor was so great to deal with, and I'm glad I stopped in to waste time before lunch, because I love my new car!! I suggest them to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

Audree never made me feel as if we were under pressure. Her Sales Manager was equally helpful! Not many people answer a text message on a holiday weekend and he did. We feel that their attention to customer needs are what really sold us. I never figured on a Saturday we would go in and look and drive home a new car. Cars sell themselves as far as we are concerned however the way you are treated at a dealership is paramount. Our car is beautiful and we will recommend them both to anyone we know looking for a car! Recent Experience at Wilson County Hyundai My wife Tamla and I were needing to replace a vehicle (midsize SUV). We were interested in a black Santa Fe Sport with grey leather interior. After My wife Tamla and I were needing to replace a vehicle (midsize SUV). We were interested in a black Santa Fe Sport with grey leather interior. After being "brushed off" by a salesperson at the Hallmark Hyundai Dealership in Hendersonville, where we live, I called the Wilson County Hyundai dealership in Lebanon, TN. I spoke with sales person Rob Crockett who informed me that he had a 2017 "top of the line" black Hyundai Santa Fe on the lot with excellent corporate and dealership incentives that I might be interested in. My wife Tamla and I drove to Lebanon later that afternoon and met with Rob. Rob allowed us to test drive the 2017 Hyundai he had previously informed us about. Needless to say, both my wife and myself really liked the car. The car only had 79 miles and was discounted over, $8,600 from the original sticker price. Rob proved to be extremely attentive, knowledgeable, professional and helpful throughout the entire selection/decision making process. Wayne in the finance department was courteous and helpful as well. Awesome Experience! I went into the dealership only to appease my husband as he had seen a couple of SUVs online that he liked. I was against buying a new vehicle ect. Up I went into the dealership only to appease my husband as he had seen a couple of SUVs online that he liked. I was against buying a new vehicle ect. Upon entering the show room Courtland was the first to greet and meet me. We had some small talk, I gave him the run down as to what my husband likes and so on. Before I knew it Courtland had switched it up from what my husband wanted to what I actually wanted. He was asking the right questions, he really wanted to make sure I was happy with whatever my new car would be, he wasn't pushy and just all around made me feel at ease. Within an hour I am calling my husband letting him know I just found the car I wanted. Just like that! I made an appointment for later that afternoon so my husband could check it out once he was off work. After leaving the dealership my husband and I talked and decided he didn't need to see it we wanted the Same Fe Sport. I called Courtland back, let him know and within minutes I was talking to Travis in finance. Travis was cool from the get and we were able to submit our credit app via online which was great because my husband was at work and would not have made it into the dealership. Travis had us a pre-approval within the hour. We told him our Max payment, down payment and all that good stuff. He was able to deliver on our wants and needs. At the end of the day my husband and I were able to go in, pick my car up, sign some papers and roll out. I've bought new and used before but never has any of my transactions involving a vehicle been so easy and breezy. These guys know their stuff, they are fast, they are genuinely nice people and I probably won't go anywhere else from now on. My expectations were exceeded by far. I would definitely recommend them. The best part of it all is they saved me 9k, that's right 9k. I'm a lady and in general we love a good deal. Well I got one which made my decision easier. There’s a ton of features, and Rob, breezed right through them. He never made us feel ignorant, and answered all questions. No pressure. He was like a neighbor explaining all the bells and whistles. All the folks there are very friendly, It’s a family run business, that’s been in Lebanon for a long time. I bought my 96 Chevy pickup there, and had service work done there. I still have that truck. They gave us a very fair trade in, towards the the Hyundai. All in all, you really can’t go wrong if you shop there. Kudos to Rob, and all the fine folks there. More
