Purchase of 2018 Hyundai Sonata We purchased a 2018 Hyundai Sonata Limited equipped with the Ultimate Package on Thursday, April 4. Andrew Lacey brokered the deal two days prior, and We purchased a 2018 Hyundai Sonata Limited equipped with the Ultimate Package on Thursday, April 4. Andrew Lacey brokered the deal two days prior, and Rob Crockett delivered the vehicle at the dealership. Andrew showed us vehicles on the lot with the features we wanted and accompanied us on a test drive. Since the exact vehicle we were looking for was not on the lot, Andrew located one at another dealership and we came to an agreement on price, within $150 of our target price. Rob showed us the vehicle we were purchasing, explained all the features, demonstrating how each functioned in the car we were purchasing, accompanied me on a test drive of our car before handing us over to the finance person who handled the paperwork for a cash purchase. This was our second Hyundai, having driven for the past 4 years 8 months a 2013 Sonata. We did not feel pressured at any point during our dealings with all personnel at Wilson, and all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. We expect service on our new car to be excellent because of our experience with Wilson County Hyundai over the past nearly 5 years. More

Rob, our sales rep, was profressional, friendly, and knowledgable, with absolutely no pressure or slimey sales tactics. He was excellent to work with, and very helpful. We then worked with Travis, who went the extra mile for us to get us a financing deal my son could afford with a less than stellar credit rating. We told him the terms we needed, and he contacted several companies to find a solution that worked for us so my son could drive away in a solid, low-mileage used car. Great Valentine's Day present for my son, and an easy and timely visit. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wilson Co. Hyundai. (We live 75 miles away and still won't hesitate to come back here for a car!) More
