AWESOME PLACE TO GO! Bought a 2018 Sonata this past weekend and I am in love! The staff there are super sweet and family friendly. I had my mom and our 3 small kids and they were very patient with them as well. We traveled 1 1/2 hours to come to this dealership and it was well worth it. Mr. Victor was my salesman and he was outstanding! Easy to talk to and went above and beyond for me to help. Mr. Travis was amazing and made it easy when signing all the financial paperwork as well. Everyone we dealt with including Audree, Andrew, Wayne and Paine Bone gave us the satisfaction of experiencing a no pressure sales event. We were very impressed with the details that the dealership's Service Dept. when through in the preparation of a used vehicle. We were purchasing a vehicle for our grand daughter so the safety and quality aspects were of utmost importance. The little things like a oil and filter change, new wiper blades and fresh tires all contributed to our making this purchase. We feel we got a great deal at a price that was affordable. What more can you hope for? Toss into that a Customer Satisfaction Rating that goes through the roof. So to all the employees at Wilson County Hyundai we want to say a very sincere thank you! Purchase of 2018 Hyundai Sonata We purchased a 2018 Hyundai Sonata Limited equipped with the Ultimate Package on Thursday, April 4. Andrew Lacey brokered the deal two days prior, and We purchased a 2018 Hyundai Sonata Limited equipped with the Ultimate Package on Thursday, April 4. Andrew Lacey brokered the deal two days prior, and Rob Crockett delivered the vehicle at the dealership. Andrew showed us vehicles on the lot with the features we wanted and accompanied us on a test drive. Since the exact vehicle we were looking for was not on the lot, Andrew located one at another dealership and we came to an agreement on price, within $150 of our target price. Rob showed us the vehicle we were purchasing, explained all the features, demonstrating how each functioned in the car we were purchasing, accompanied me on a test drive of our car before handing us over to the finance person who handled the paperwork for a cash purchase. This was our second Hyundai, having driven for the past 4 years 8 months a 2013 Sonata. We did not feel pressured at any point during our dealings with all personnel at Wilson, and all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. We expect service on our new car to be excellent because of our experience with Wilson County Hyundai over the past nearly 5 years. More
