In a conversation style, Rob assessed my needs and then showed me the two autos that fit my needs and wants. I had shopped Ford Explorer and the Kia Sorento, and believe the Santa Fe to be far greater value for the dollar than either of the other two makes. This is my first Hyundai purchase and extremely pleased with its fit, ride, mechanics and features. Rob was able to answer all of my questions, which very few sales people can do. I definitely would encourage people interested in a Hyundai to seek out Rob Crockett and Wilson County Hyundai Dealership. Heck, go see them, even if you are not thinking about a Hyundai Crossover/SUV. It is a great automobile.
