I had planned on shopping around at different dealerships in the area, I knew exactly what I wanted so I called around first to see if the dealerships had them. Out of the 3 conversations I had with different dealerships, Mitch did not pressure me to make an appointment, he answered all my questions and called me back very quickly with the info I was looking for.
