Love my 2016 Tucson! I hate to shop for anything and was dreading looking for a vehicle! This dealership is about a mile from my home so I stopped by. Rob Crockett came o I hate to shop for anything and was dreading looking for a vehicle! This dealership is about a mile from my home so I stopped by. Rob Crockett came out to greet me. We looked around at a few and 15 minutes later he told me not to worry, that he would find me the vehicle I wanted. That afternoon he called and wanted me to come and get the Tucson and drive it home for the night. I did, fell in love and bought it the next day. He seemed as excited about me buying the vehicle as I was. I paid cash and also wanted to purchase an extended warranty. The finance guy didn't understand that I had a budget of a certain amount for the warranty and kept throwing out way higher numbers to me. I know he was trying to cut me the best package deal...so we finally settled in a 2 yr./24,000 miles as I don't put many miles on a vehicle. The secretary was very friendly also! The building was bitter cold so take a sweater if you are going inside! LOL! Overall a very good experience for a gal that hates to shop! Thanks Rob! More
