Michael Lyles was my sales specialist and did a great job in showing me the different SUVs. I felt very relaxed working with him and he answered all my questions. I even stopped by later to get additional help in setting up my navigation system. Once again he answered all my questions. Also I received the trade in value I was looking for my old car and I received a good mark down from the MRSP price tag. So the dealer transaction was a very good one.
