Made me feel very important and did not rush me on the test drive. I got to drive on the highway and interstate too. I was in love with the Sonata but not in the market for a car. Great email and phone follow ups and expressed he would be there when needed. One accident later, my old car was totalled. Andrew, Jeffrey and Wayne patiently made this deal possible. I was treated with respect and delt with honestly. Very important for an independent single mom who is getting ready to re-marry. My finace and I both agreed we had 5 star service. Michael Lyles was my sales specialist and did a great job in showing me the different SUVs. I felt very relaxed working with him and he answered all my questions. I even stopped by later to get additional help in setting up my navigation system. Once again he answered all my questions. Also I received the trade in value I was looking for my old car and I received a good mark down from the MRSP price tag. So the dealer transaction was a very good one.
