Mike was never "pushy" or tried to sway my opinion at any time. He explained everything thoroughly and answered every one of my questions. He listened to what we were looking for in a car. He did not try to force anything else on us. We were impressed with how knowledgeable Mike was about all the automobiles on the lot. After we decided that we were purchasing a car we were introduced to Travis in financing. Our great experience continued there also. Travis made us feel that he truly wanted to do everything to help us reach the payments we needed.Once that goal was reached Mike took us out to the car and helped explain the instrument panel and also set it up the way we wanted it.
