Car Buying Experience Jeffrey was our sales person - he greeted us quickly and warmly, and started out with the question - "What can I help you with today?" Jeff's personality and warm humor was quickly a winner with us, and we felt very comfortable with him, his openness, and his attention to detail. The car we were interested in was complex with respect to features, but he took the time to show us the most important things, and not overwhelm us with operating details. He reassured us that he could easily address those should we get farther along with our interest. Jeff also was great during the test drive with Nell. He allowed her time on the interstate as well as on the open road. There were some extras that we feel he did for us that we never saw frustration from him. He always went the extra mile to make sure we understood the answers to our questions. By the end of the day we had come to the conclusion that Jeff and Hyundai was the answer to our prayers. As far as getting what we wanted, the color we wanted in the car we wanted they didn't have on the lot, but they went into action and secured one for us. Since then, Jeff has followed up with at least two phone calls and several emails to check with us if we are satisfied, and if there are things we still have questions over. There are, but we told him we'll take time to enjoy the new car, and to call him when we need We both rate the new car buying experience with Jeff a five star experience. Our brief time with Travis was also worth mentioning. There was a misunderstanding regarding the amount to be financed, but when he was made aware of it, he got on the phone with the bank and quickly negotiated a lower interest rate (2.49 vs 2.99) while we listened in - He was really trying to help us out because of the misunderstanding.
