The maintenance staff promptly helped with a dash light the following day. Tags arrived within 2 weeks. Although I greatly appreciated that I was not immediately approached in the lot, I don't think anyone knew we were there until a salesman just happened to drive into the lot as I was contemplating finding someone. Overall though, a quick in and out, friendly service and did not experience any unneeded pressure to up buy or add features. More

Wilson County Hyundai was unlike any past experience I'd had in buying a car. All of the staff were pleasant, courteous, and informative. They managed to make it clear they wanted my business without excessive pressure to make a snap decision to buy from them. Wilson County Hyundai was the first stop in our search for a new vehicle. After starting the search with them, we went on to visit several other dealerships including Honda, Toyota, and a used car dealer. After test driving all of the vehicles we were interested in, we decided the Elantra was the car for us and were pleased to end our search where it started. We were pleased with the deal we got and very happy with the additional treatment we received as we finished the purchase. Jeffrey Brigner introduced to the staff in the service department and followed up a couple of weeks after the sale to check in and ensure we were still happy with our purchase. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in the market to purchase a vehicle. More
