watch your back my wife bought a 2013 Genesis Coup in 2012 and we got every protection plan and add on that the dealer wanted us to get. she wanted a car that she did my wife bought a 2013 Genesis Coup in 2012 and we got every protection plan and add on that the dealer wanted us to get. she wanted a car that she didnt have to worry about for the next 10 years. we bought it all, paint protection, door dings, wheels, everything was covered. or so we thought. turns out 4 years later we need to get the car repainted due to the sealant failing. the good news is the company that made the sealant is painting the car. the bad news is its going to take 3 weeks to repaint the car and she wont get a loaner. She is out her car for 3 weeks after buying every upgrade she could on that car and Wilson County Hyundai basically said its not our problem, you have to deal with the other company. the warranty on a Hyundai car only has a 3 year warranty. after that youre on your own. no support from the dealership or Hyundai USA. the sales manager told me i should have read the contract better. Really! thats how you want to treat your customers? We were thinking of buying another Hyundai but not now. I even called corporate and got the same answer from their lackey. Watch your back and hope nothing bad happens when you buy one of these cars. they will be friendly and nice when they sell it to you. all they want is the money. More

Above and beyond My girlfriend and I decided to upgrade her 2013 Elantra to a 2017... We had gone to the Hyundai dealer in cools springs first because that's where they had the car she wanted. They were horrible to us plain rude. We had just come off of work so we weren't dressed great and we are young so they figured it was a waste of time because they wouldn't make any money.. Long story short they ended up giving us the run around and just let us leave with nothing after hours spent waiting in their shop. The next day my girlfriends sister recommended us to wilson county Hyundai I was very skeptical because I didn't want to go through the same expierence again but Rob Crockett was an angel!! He was with us every step of the way, kept us in know and even helped us out with my super active nephew!! He was a very patient man and got us into the car I wanted!!! Tire Repair My car had a low tire symbol on the dash this morning. I drove to Wilson County Hyundai to have it checked. They found a nail in the right rear tire, My car had a low tire symbol on the dash this morning. I drove to Wilson County Hyundai to have it checked. They found a nail in the right rear tire, removed the nail, repaired the tire and inflated all tires to 35 PSI with Nitrogen. I could not have had better service. The Service Manager is always very nice, tries to make you feel comfortable, offers coffee, water, etc. They are quick, efficient and very friendly. If I purchase a new vehicle, it will be a Hyundai from Wilson County Hyundai. More
