Most of the time when you purchase a vehicle it is not the most pleasurable experience in the world. Having to practically beg the dealer to follow up with you or actually do the things that you had agree the most pleasurable experience in the world. I know that Jeff hasn’t been here for very long, but he has been in the industry for quite some time and knows exactly how to help a customer. Saying treat someone the way you want to be treated is a complete understatement. Jeff was always first to reach out and give updates on things going on with my truck and even texted me to let me know that my wife and kids had arrived safely to the dealership, and what vehicle was loaned while the truck was worked on. My wife even told me that the employees here even tried to help buckle in the children and made sure that everything was correct before sending them on the road. The day after New Years days, got back into town in a car I had purchased back in Aug. 2019. The car had been having some issues and the check engine light wouldn’t stay on for long so it could never get rea I had purchased back in Aug. 2019. The car had been having some issues and the check engine light wouldn’t stay on for long so it could never get read or dealt with. Finally it stayed on and at the stop light in front of the dealership the car literally started shaking. We went start to the dealership. My girl is furious at this point and gets a salesman and Stuart. They get me right out of that car and into a brand new one. Stuart and another salesman both drove the original car and were just as confused as to what the issues were but were more then happy to help me get into a newer car. More
