I met Dennis in sales and although he had an appointment lined up for later, he spent time with me until his folks showed up and walked me through everything. I gave him time with his appointment when they showed and then he came back to me to answer any questions I had. The whole experience was not a battle! It was a learning experience that was very transparent and he wanted me to get a deal as much as I wanted me to get a deal. I got the exact truck I wanted and when I say it was an easy process, do not read that as "I just signed whatever they told me to sign" I am a very careful buyer...but when its right its right...and Wilson County Motors paints the full picture for you. After Dennis processed everything, he had Ric in delivery take me to my new truck and show me every button and feature on that thing. Cars have come a LONG way...and the run down was very useful...also Ric is a funny guy so its not a dry lecture. As someone who read the reviews and then jumped through the hoops the reviews held up!
