Our experience at Wilson County Motors was always positive and was the best car dealership experience ever. We were never pressured by the sales team. We were given the best price right from the start and they even honored a discount quoted but, that in the end, we were not eligible for! When we became pressed for time (through no fault of the dealership), Joe and Laura worked with us to speed up the financing process and get us away quickly with our brand-new, fully washed vehicle. Joe followed up with us to ensure we were completely satisfied with our purchase and to ensure us we could count on everyone at the dealership should we have need of them. We appreciate all that was done for us and look forward to returning to Wilson County Motors! More

I was very impressed with not only the service I recieved at your dealership, but the reception I recieved from Ms. Trackwell. It was was impeccable. I had no appointment but she saw that my needs were met a at your dealership, but the reception I recieved from Ms. Trackwell. It was was impeccable. I had no appointment but she saw that my needs were met and I felt sincerely appreciated as a new customer. My last service was with Jim Reed in Nashville and not only did I feel that I was an "imposition" , but they did poor work as well which caused me to waste a day . I definatly would recommend your business to my friends and I will be back as well. Keep hiring service writers such as Ms. Trackwell and you should never get a negative remark as to customer service. Thank you and I wish you continued success at your dealership. More

I stopped by without an appointment in hopes of a quick oil change. A lady named Kelly greeted me and worked my vehicle into the schedule. within 35 minutes I was in and out. I called ahead of time to see about getting my oil changed and spoke to Amy Baily. She was very friendly and professonal and told me that she would get it in the shop as soon as i got there. When i got there and asked for Amy she done exactly as she said that she would. I got my oil changed and the technician informed me that i will be needing tires soon so Amy got prices while i was there. my overall experience at WCM was pleasing. More

I was in desperate need of tires and was not sure what I needed to get. I went to Wilson County Motors Service Center. I was impressed when I entered the building I was greeted by Amy Bailey who was very fr needed to get. I went to Wilson County Motors Service Center. I had a problem with our window not working proerly. I stopped by and met the professioal staff at Wilson County Motors. They quickly determined the problem and told us the part would be ordered and avail stopped by and met the professioal staff at Wilson County Motors. They quickly determined the problem and told us the part would be ordered and available for install in two days. We reviewed the repair cost and agreed to the work. On the morning of the second day i received a call as promised to fix my Tahoe. I arrived and was greeted by Tracy who offered to take me to work while they fixed my vehicle. i was introduced to the service provider, Jeff, who told me how he was going to fix my vehicle and about how long it would take. I was shown the waiting area and had a cup of coffee that Tracy prepared for me. She told me where the sales office was in case i wanted to look at the vehicle inventory while i waited. The work was done sooner than expected, which is always nice. i would strongly recommend this dealer due to the service i received. I had the best service ever. i bought a 2007 VW Passat which i love. Everyone i came in contact with was warm, friendly and helpful. Stephanie was fantastic!
