I got a good deal on a 2021 Ranger. They quoted me an out the door price. Then come to find out it didn't include the tags, title and license for Texas. My banker and the dealer had a problem with something, so they said that I could go with a Ford credit loan. Which I was already pre-approved for. I filled out the loan papers and when they got them, they used the information to get a loan with another nationwide lender. When I asked why, they said interest was cheaper. But they had an add on their site showing blue certified interest from Ford was cheaper. Figure that out on your own. Later, after deal is closed and my shipper gets pickup here, the driver side mirror doesn't power fold, the rear view camera is all scratched up and is so blurry you can't make out any details and one license plate light is not working. I tried resetting the mirror, it doesn't do anything. I sent emails with pictures. No response for a little while. I called and talked to them, they said they would check on it. After the vehicle arrived, there wasn't a temp tag on it as well, and no info on the blue certification. They emailed that and sent the temp tag by two day ups. After back and forth email from me with hardly any response and calls to them, my answer finally came. I am sorry, but we can't help you. When the certification inspection was done in January of 2026, everything was working. I received the vehicle in July. The camera being blurry is not a problem that is covered by them in used car sales. The mirror may have stopped working sometime, but take it to a dealer to check. It may be something simple. The license plate build is just not something we worry about now. So off to my local dealer to see if it's covered by warranty and gonna cost me at least another 100 dollars. They seem to want sale you a vehicle, but only worried about making money every little place they can and not about taking care of things after the sale More
