Had our 2001 Escape in for a new catilatic converter, under warrinty. They've had the Escape for3 days now and telling us it will be at least another 3 days. They always have another reason why, maybe th under warrinty. They've had the Escape for3 days now and telling us it will be at least another 3 days. They always have another reason why, maybe they should spend alittle more time on the work instead of making up reason why they haven't complyed with the work. Very poor service and very poor concern for the customer. They have lost yet another customer down the road More
