Vehicle Service I had no issue with the professionalism and politeness of the service department. However I did feel like I was getting the run around. Dropped a car I had no issue with the professionalism and politeness of the service department. However I did feel like I was getting the run around. Dropped a car off for service and waited on parts for 2 weeks. Checked every other day for updates. After calling the day I was about to purchase aftermarket parts. I was then told that my parts had been there and they were waiting on nuts and bolts that could have been reused. The lack of communication between the parts and service department was frustrating to say the least. Had they communicated that they could have went ahead and worked on it as is, and possibly got me in sooner I probably wouldn't have taken my vehicle elsewhere to get serviced. Overall no personal issues with any employee/department involved. But the situation did leave me disappointed and unfortunately I won't be coming back. More

Easy buying experience Shopping for a car can be a nightmare. Some places have salesmen that want to show you every car on the lot, even though you came in to look at just o Shopping for a car can be a nightmare. Some places have salesmen that want to show you every car on the lot, even though you came in to look at just one. Then the just won't let you leave. This was not the case at Wilson motor. My wife wanted a 2016 or newer Chevy Malibu. She found one online, talked to David Hobbs, and we came in to look at the car. They had the car sitting right out front, waiting for us when we came in. We test drive it, decided to look at how much our monthly payments would be, and within an hour we were driving our 2017 Malibu home. Oh, and while we were signing papers, they took the car out, adjusted the tire pressure, and FILLED the tank with gas. Wilson motor is a great place to buy a used car. There was no pressure, no games. Easy. Simple. The way buying a car offer to be. More
