Rory has no problem answering our questions about several other cars that were similar to the Kia we went with. They were patient with us when had forgotten a few things we needed at home as well. After purchase, the final detailing did take a little longer than it probably should have and they forgot to put the valve stem caps back on the tire. However Rory has no problem correcting that problem when I noticed it a week later and I appreciated that a lot. Dave also was very good at explaining each bit of paper work that was being signed, that didn’t happen the last time we bought a car so I feel like a more knowledgeable car owner because of Dave. Very courteous Staff I brought my car in to have an oil change and find out why one of my tires was low on air. They found a nail in my tire so they patched that and r I brought my car in to have an oil change and find out why one of my tires was low on air. They found a nail in my tire so they patched that and rotated my tires for safety. They changed my oil and showed me how extremely dirty my air filter was and asked if I’d like to have that replaced which I agreed to. Overall it was a great experience! More
