Beyond disappointed with their Internet consultant Raul Cruz. I was getting information on a certified used vehicle in chat. He was friendly at first until I started asking about the out the door price and Cruz. I was getting information on a certified used vehicle in chat. He was friendly at first until I started asking about the out the door price and for details on the taxes, title and fees. He said he was going to email me the details, he never did. And then he just abruptly ended the chat without any explanation. Not sure it's even worth it to go into the dealership if that's how I'm going to be treated. More

I took my car here, rather than Corvallis due to the HOT ENGINE LIGHT. Sadly I needed a heater core replacement. They've had my car for 14 days, for an initial 3 day repair. I also received a 4 pg report ENGINE LIGHT. Sadly I needed a heater core replacement. They've had my car for 14 days, for an initial 3 day repair. I also received a 4 pg report on "urgent" repairs, which were done at the 60k service, in Corvallis... So apparently they don't have access to those re ords??? CAN YOU SER MY EYES ROLLING? I JUST WANT MY Car...please for the love!!! More
