Best experience ever in buying a new car! The minute my wife and I walked into the Wilsonville Subaru dealership, we felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We received warm smiles and friendly The minute my wife and I walked into the Wilsonville Subaru dealership, we felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We received warm smiles and friendly greetings from everyone we met. We were initially met by Adan Casas, who could speak with us in my wife's native language of Spanish. After listening carefully to my wife's needs in a new car, Adan showed us the Subaru Forester and accompanied us on a magnificent test drive, carefully explaining all the wonderful features of this exceptional SUV. Adan then sat down with us and explained the Wilsonville Subaru policy of offering to each customer the best possible price without the stressful haggling over the price that normally takes place in purchasing a new car. Adan gave us his card and contact information and did not pressure us in any way. After deciding that the Subaru Forester was the car for us, we returned to the Wilsonville dealership. Adan was not available at the time, so we were assisted by Shawn Tracy. Shawn was wonderful, and he was able to help us to order the Subaru Forester Touring model that we had decided on, which he informed us would arrive in mid-April. On the morning of March 24 we received a call from Shawn, letting us know that a car exactly like the one we had ordered had just come in, and the persons who had ordered it had decided not to purchase it. Shawn said that he immediately thought of us and called us to let us know. I thanked Shawn for calling us and told told him we would soon be there to see the car. As soon as we arrived, Shawn met us and showed us our car. It was beautiful. My wife drove it, and she loved it. We returned to the dealership with Shawn, and he drew up all the sales paperwork, and about an hour later, the car was ours and we drove it home! My wife and I have bought approximately 15 new cars over the years, and our experience at Wilsonville Subaru was, far and above, the best car purchasing experience we have ever had. More
