First, was the quality of the Wilsonville facility as well as the large number of in stock cars available for the models that most interested me. Second, was the no BS pricing which seemed very competitive. As an indication of how fair they were, Mason came back with an even lower price than what I had agreed to after a fee was adjusted based on my current address. Third, Mason was efficient in adapting to my requests as they evolved while I was figuring out exactly what type of car (new versus used, make, model, features, color, etc.) would be best to buy. It took two visits to sort this out and drive off in my new car which required less than two hours total at the dealership. After I settled on a particular vehicle I was offered various add-ons, but there was no hard sell. Overall, this was a good experience for someone who doesn't enjoy haggling. More

The customer care we received from Stevi was excellent - she was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and got us answers to all of our questions. The warehouse is INDOORS, stocked with lots of choices and options and was a comfortable environment. Did I mention we didn't have to go outside in the 30 degree temps to look at cars? The pricing beat competitors' "best price" after negotiations and they even delivered the car to me. More

The entire experience was laid back and pressure free. I loved that this dealership does not do hand-offs (sales person, manager, finance person, etc) which can really add time to the purchase process. Would work with Elisha again in a heartbeat. The showroom had a very open and welcoming feel to it. We especially appreciated that most of the cars were under cover, which was a new experience for us. The coffee/deli bar is a nice touch. We appreciate that dogs are welcome as well. Another Subaru dealership we've been in has dog beds and dog treats. That might be an addition for you to consider. We came in to look at new Foresters and Outbacks. We were warmly greeted by Shawn Tracy, who was knowledgeable, upfront, and to-the-point throughout the transaction. He quickly arranged to have our trade-in value calculated, as well as the price for the new car. We never felt pressured. After deciding to purchase an Outback, Shawn offered to deliver the car to our home the next day. He arrived on time, spent 45 minutes introducing us to the Outback's various features, and then drove away in our old 2010 Outback. We enjoyed doing business with Shawn and appreciated his competence. More
