Tom Tyson at Wilsonville Subaru is great. In 2020 I bought a 2021 Forester sport from him. He was honest and never pressured us into anything like getting the more expensive car. He was so good my wife and I went back to him when we decided we needed a bigger car got a Subaru Ascent. Again no pressure and he was honest with us. I would recommend seeing Tom at Wilsonville Subaru. I know in the future we will go back to Tom to upgrade our other car. More

Everyone makes mistakes especially one incompetent employee inspected an used 2019 Subaru Impreza and missed the significant hidden fire damage around the battery area. Then the dealer unknowingly, wi employee inspected an used 2019 Subaru Impreza and missed the significant hidden fire damage around the battery area. Then the dealer unknowingly, without the knowledge sold the car to my daughter like new car pricing Feb 2022. My daughter only found out such hidden fire damages with a minor accident 8 months later. The body shop called to inform after taking the fender etc apart. The body shop was also nice enough to replace the fire damage. We informed the dealer and they are willing to make it good to trade in the 2019 Subaru with another car. The manager Brad is great to make things good and honest. Brad also informed AJ to make it good with my daughter. So we are happy after the dealer resolved this matter with honesty and integrity. More
