I have had problems getting my title documents even though I paid cash for a vehicle two weeks ago. I requested a new trip ticket since the original one had expired. Me and my wife had been looking for a car locally (Bend,OR) for a few weeks at this point and we were getting tired of the sketchy sales talk and back and forth with the local dealers. I came across an ad online for the exact vehicle we were looking for but it was 3 hours away (6 hours round trip 😩) when I called Wilsonville Toyota they gave me all information I was looking for and then some. We decided to take the leap of faith and drive the 3 hours to go and look at the vehicle. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed and had the pleasure of working with Jesse Mueller, Jesse was an absolute professional the entire time, and made the process so smooth. He helped get our kiddos situated in their lounge and made us feel right at home! Jesse went the extra mile the entire time! He answered all of our questions and even went out of his way to get some extra info from the service department. The Wilsonville Toyota business model is NO BULL; and that’s exactly what we got! We knew the price up front and there were no “hidden” fees at all! We didn’t have to do the whole back and forth and Jesse got us a great deal on our trade in. The experience with Jesse and Wilsonville Toyota is what everyone would wish for when buying a new car. Once everything was done Jesse let us know our new vehicle was ready and while we were waiting on paperwork he had them wash, detail and fuel the vehicle which was an extra surprise! Denise from Wilsonville Toyota contact me, said they had one will deliver very soon, If I interested, she will work with me to secure the car. She refer me to Israel; we finish credit check and deposit over the phone. When I return to Oregon (I was out of town for vacation), second morning when I walk in to Wilsonville Toyota at 8:15AM, Israel already there waiting for me, finish all paper work within 45 minutes. It is amazing, truly “NO BULL”!
