'25 I wanted to look at the new Crown/Crown Signia, so I contacted Steve Bailey and told him want I wanted to do. When we got there, he had a car pulled up under the awning for us to look at and compare. Very detailed review went for a test drive and ended up trading in the Venza (18,000 miles) and purchasing a new red Crown Signia! After I bought the Venza in '24 our friends who had "19 Highlander hybrid asked about our buying experience and I explained how easy the whole process was. They went about a week later, didn't ask for anyone and bought '24 Highland hybrid. They said their experience was like ours No Bull! That says a lot about the management and leadership of the company. I believe Steve has been there about 12 years and see the number of Star performants plaques on the wall bearing his name you know you are dealing with a real professional! More

My dealership experience was great overall. The only complaints I'd have was how long it took to do the finals of the deal once numbers were agreed on. Been looking for a car for a while. Figured I would finally go and test drive and make sure I truly loved the car. I was assigned to Max when we got there. My son and I ended up spending the next 6 hours with him. This was not the dealership's fault, it was mine. We test drove 3 cars. Went back and looked for the options I was truly looking for. I then asked if we could go on longer test drives with the two cars I was down to. I was getting late, so we stopped on the long test drive and got dinner! After we got back I had made up my mind and now with buying a new car, I had no way of getting my Truck back home. Max stepped up and said he would drive it home for me as long as we gave him a ride back! As I said, Max was amazing the entire time. My son and I enjoyed our time with him. He was super knowledgeable about the details of the different cars. When we asked him questions he didn't know the answers to, he would look it up and get us the correct information instead of making something up, I appreciated that. I couldn't recommend Wilsonville Toyota enough, and if you end up there. I highly recommend asking for Max. More
