Hopeful....room for improvement I recently purchased a Toyota Tundra. I hope to make Wilsonville Toyota my go-to dealer for service. First, you need to get rid of the automated pho I recently purchased a Toyota Tundra. I hope to make Wilsonville Toyota my go-to dealer for service. First, you need to get rid of the automated phone system. Two or 3 times i could not get through. and a couple of times I was dropped. And I did leave messages twice but was never called back. Direct lines for the service advisers is the way to go. Second, I had a rear brake job done, a reasonably simple task. I have done dozens of them myself on my various cars, trucks and motorcycles. Within 24 hours the truck has developed a very bad vibration and when I stop and get out, I can smell the left, rear brake is very hot. I have a follow up appt now to correct this problem. I hope they get it right. More
