This Dealership Stepped Up When Toyota USA Wouldn't! Imagine this. In the midst of a drawn out dispute with Toyota USA regarding ongoing mechanical issues with a V6 2016 Tacoma I had purchased from Wils Imagine this. In the midst of a drawn out dispute with Toyota USA regarding ongoing mechanical issues with a V6 2016 Tacoma I had purchased from Wilsonville Toyota I got a phone call from Sales Manager Boyce Maclaurie. Boyce said that he'd heard we were having problems and that Wilsonville Toyota would like to help if they could. After a couple of phone calls and a visit to the dealership they agreed to take the troublesome Tacoma off our hands and put us in a 2017 Tacoma. Eric Kalik handled this rather unusual transaction for us, keeping us informed every step of the way. A completely painless transaction and we can't thank Boyce and Eric enough for the proactive manner in which they helped us out. More
