Best car dealership experience of my life, I've always hated buying a car because of what you have to go through with a dealership. I had done my research on what I wanted and found their one no hagel price to be better bar far than others that I would have to try and get to come down and add a the extras to bring the price back up. After I had made a committed he showed me other benefits I didn't even know we're there, its was like, wait this is not how it's suppose to work, your supposed to try and get me for erything I got. Anyway thats the way I always felt buying a car before, when I left with my new pic up I asked for some of his business cards as I have friends I know are cosidering purchasing a car and would appreciate knowing about my experience. This purchase was not brought on by us, we came in for an oil change on my 2013 Camry... This new vehicle is some what different so I needed to read my manual to find where things were. I do feel that is an important part of selling a car., as I was not given that ... I too am in Customer Service and we can't have our clients leaving with not knowing where things are. I had to wait for my husband to come outside because I popped the hood instead of the brake release before I could leave in my new car :-( But I do enjoy my car. More
