This experience by far was the best. Through the entire process you work with one individual. There is no haggling over price. Just a pleasant experience. I will definitely go back to Wilsonville Toyota. More
Overall a positive experience. Enjoyed the comfortable furniture and large TV in the waiting area, very homey feeling. The coffee and pastries were great. Only thing I would say is that all the employees walking back and forth to and from the service area could be friendlier. They all seem angry or unhappy. A smile, a nod or just a hello would be the icing on the cake. I don't know the names of any of the service people I worked with. Don't think he introduced himself to me but was a really nice kid. Jason, who was our salesman when we bought our car saw me and came over and sat and talked to me for awhile. Very nice of him to do that He's a keeper!!! Now I was there a week or so ago and went to the parts department to buy touch up paint and the person working there was not friendly at all. In fact he was rather grumpy and I felt like I was being a burden to him by being there. More

We had one kid-free hour to do a test drive on a truck we thought we wanted, but weren't completely sure about. We were immediately greeted by our salesperson, Thedy who answered all of our initial general questions and was obviously really knowledgeable about the cars and trucks on the lot which was helpful to narrow down our choice. He knew that we weren't going to purchase that day if at all, yet still spent the time with us and took us on a test drive. After the test drive we were sold, but still couldn't commit. Again, no pressure from him at all. After a few visits, and some helpful direction from Thedy, we get to pick up our brand new customized Tundra on Friday! I should also mention that when we did have to take the kids with us, they were more than entertained in the game room and enjoyed their special treats. They want to go back and hang out soon! More
Being charged when we had purchased a service contract I went in for our service appointment knowing that we had purchased a service contract. When I was told to sign the form that was charging us $220 for I went in for our service appointment knowing that we had purchased a service contract. When I was told to sign the form that was charging us $220 for our appointment I questioned this. The manager came over and looked at the computer and began to tell me that he sees that there was a warranty on the drive-train, etc, but not on what they were servicing today. I had my husband dig up our papers from our sale this past Feb 2015 and found that we were correct. When I called back I was unable to contact the manager and tried to do this twice. My husband left a message as well. When I got in contact with the manager prior to picking up vehicle, he said he went upstairs to a computer there and saw that there was a service contract that we had purchased...Also I had asked the blue team to make sure the molding around our sun room was looked at as it was coming apart. It wasn't done and when I reminded him to do this he had to pull a service person out to do this .. More
Wonderful Car Buying Experience Having not purchased a car from a dealership for over 14 years, I was apprehensive and guarded going into a dealership for a new car. But I was almos Having not purchased a car from a dealership for over 14 years, I was apprehensive and guarded going into a dealership for a new car. But I was almost immediately put at ease by Jay Serhan, our salesman. He was not only very pleasant, but knowledgeable about the vehicles we wanted to look at without pushing a sale. The car truly sold itself and Jay's knowledge and experience capped off the entire experience. Truly, the only downside experience was finding that the Highlander did not have the pricing discount benefits to lower the price any. But the quality of the vehicle, the brand reputation, and Jay's knowledge of the product and customers who've purchased the Highlander gave me the confidence to accept the pricing. More

We called Toyota and they told us how we could perform a temporary fix in order to get the vehicle to the dealership. They fit us in last minute, fixed our tire within 40 minutes, repacked the spare tire in the car and sent us on our way at no charge. Definitely earned our trust and loyalty. More

What?? A Car Dealership with integrity! Nooo...seriously?? I recently purchased an automobile from Wilsonville Toyota (Oct. 29, 2015). After all papers were signed and the deal "was completed " I hopped in th I recently purchased an automobile from Wilsonville Toyota (Oct. 29, 2015). After all papers were signed and the deal "was completed " I hopped in the newest member of our family and drove it merrily merrily merrily all the way home. An hour or so later I was sitting in my home office and I still had the Wilsonville Toyota website up on my screen from earlier that morning. It was from that same website where I first saw the vehicle that convinced me to get up and pay a visit the dealership to view and subsequently purchase. I was just kind of curious while sitting there as to how fast the responsible personnel removes a car from the website after a purchase. My mind just works and thinks "off the wall thoughts" like that...and a good thing it does in this case. I refreshed the screen and used the drop down function to try and locate my recent purchase. It was still there all right...but at a $1000. lower price than what I had just paid and signed for. I was a bit taken back to say the least, but I knew Wilsonville Toyota has a pretty fair little 5-day no questions asked return policy so I immediately called my salesman (Greg McMillin) and told him of my discovery. Greg seemed as stunned (if not more) than I was. He said he had personally checked the price in the computer right before we did the paperwork and said it showed what I had originally paid. While on the phone with me he said "let me go on the computer and see what it's showing". A few moments later Greg said "You're right, it is $1000. lower!", I need to see what's going on, can I call you right back? I said sure, not knowing what kind of excuse or defense he may have when he calls back. It was all but about 4 minutes before the phone rang and it was Greg again. The first thing he said was "Ed, it's your lucky day..we owe you a thousand bucks. I said "Wow, that"s terrific!" Apparently, to my good fortune, sometime during the middle of our commerce some (my, new best friend) had lowered the price. In the words of the immortal Dr. Emmett Brown (Doc Brown)..."Great Scott!" There was no malcontent or feelings of resent on the part of Greg nor Wilsonville Toyota but rather it seemed the exact opposite, more of a joy or happiness for me. Greg said, "Our most important goal is for the satisfaction and well-being (or words to that effect) of our customers. We hear these same type of slogans and pitches all the time on evening commercials during Jeopardy and such, mostly to the point of numbness from the saturation of mechanical cliched' advertising bombardment night after night after night...."Our most important goal is for the satisfaction and well-being of our customers"....blah, ba-blah, ba-blah....Well, I have told my little story to several of my friends and cohorts the past few days and everyone was as amazed as I was. We have all laughed over the years at the good stereotypical jokes of "Used Car Salesmen, Lawyers, Politicians, and the like" but unlike the proverbial "Old dog" I HAVE indeed learned that sometimes, just sometimes, peeling through all the proclamation, ballyhoo, and promulgation propaganda of the "cram it deep down your throat till you bleed" sales hype, there really may be a few that take their customers well-being into actual account. Still with me...if so...I have determined, my literate friends, to do my small part to make sure companies like Wilsonville Toyota through my continued patronage and, through referrals, recommendations, and general word of mouth, an effort to help reward their Honesty, Integrity, and overall Standards of Fair Play. All the while hoping that other companies, big and small, may notice and observe the prosperity and accomplishments of enterprises like Wilsonville Toyota and in turn maybe, just maybe become the norm and not the exception. Thanks for reading my story. Sincerely, Ed Weiss More
