Wilsonville Toyota advertises "No Bull" pricing, but unfortunately, that philosophy doesn't seem to extend to their communication or customer service. They had the exact vehicle I wanted at a price I was comfortable paying. The problem was never the price. It was their unwillingness to communicate clearly, put delivery commitments in writing, or provide documentation confirming what they were promising. Instead, they expected me to simply trust their word. When I pushed back and asked for clarification, they attempted to shift the blame onto me rather than address my concerns. Unfortunately, the communication problems didn't end after purchasing the vehicle. Eight weeks later, I still haven't received my license plates. I was specifically instructed to contact their title department if my plates hadn't arrived within eight weeks. I've now sent multiple emails and left three voicemails trying to get an update, without receiving a single response. It's incredibly frustrating to spend this much money on a vehicle and then have to chase the dealership just to get basic information. Returning phone calls and responding to emails shouldn't be this difficult. Competitive pricing means very little when a dealership lacks transparency, accountability, and basic customer service. Frankly, I think this place is bull. More

Ryan LeBlanc was very professional and helpful in explaining the pluses and minuses of the various models. We ended up buying a car that met our needs. My concern was with management.
