The whole thing was stress free and they are very open about the process and what you'll qualify for. They don't try get you itonsomething you don't want or you won't qualify for. Simply Amazing I was very curious to check out Wilsonville Toyota randomly for a new car and that's when it got my attention. I saw a car on their site on sale along I was very curious to check out Wilsonville Toyota randomly for a new car and that's when it got my attention. I saw a car on their site on sale along with college grad program. I decided to set an appointment over the weekend to test drive the car I was interested in. I was assigned to Boyce during the appointment and was then introduced to talk to Isaac as my one person throughout the Toyota buying experience. Isaac was very friendly and relaxed throughout the process that helped me feel at ease for me to buy the car. Boyce and Isaac were great. Based on her great experience, I determined to make my next car purchase there, which I did on September 8. I requested the same sales associate that she had experienced. It was his day off, but I was told that they would call him to see if he could come in. He made it to the dealership in 15 minutes and we began our discussion. Steven Bailey understands Customer Service. He is friendly, professional, and very informative. He listened to what I was trying to accomplish and then made excellent recommendations. We test drove two cars, Steven informed me of the advantages of both, and I made my decision. No pressure, no hassle, NO BULL. Wilsonville Toyota has two wins with my daughter and one win with me. In search of a Highlander Hybrid at the right price. . . My husband and I were in search of a Highlander Hybrid at the right price with all of the options and features that we were looking for. We chose a H My husband and I were in search of a Highlander Hybrid at the right price with all of the options and features that we were looking for. We chose a Highlander Hybrid Platinum Limited because of Toyota's reputation for building reliable vehicles with excellent fit and finish. We chose the top of the line adding a tow package as it provided every need and desire plus some on our list. We chose a hybrid for the obvious reason of getting better fuel efficiency. . . choosing Toyota hybrid as they have been building these vehicles for some time with excellent reviews and results. We chose to purchase new, which is not the norm for us. . . the value was in the new vehicle. These vehicles maintain their values so well that purchasing new allowed us the peace of mind that warranties offer as well as two years of service built into the purchase agreement. After researching purchasing used vs. new, we felt confident that our investment was solid and would hold its value for years to come. We were greeted at the door by a bright sharp young man wearing a bow tie, Corey White. The process of purchasing was pretty painless. Prices were transparent and upon comparison shopping were the best prices around. Corey gave us his full attention from beginning to end. We would highly recommend both the dealership as well as Corey's services. Purchasing the Highlander was actually a pleasant experience. I would typically rate purchasing a car right up there with having a root canal. . . not this time. It was not only painless, but actually quite pleasant. Every cliche about car salesmen and dealerships - this one had it all. I arrived at the dealership, after already agreeing on the price now we're just haggling over the doc fees and I am told my guy, Brian Lloyd, is on vacation. The day I arrive (I was coming from out of state)? When I just talked to him last night? No mention that he would be gone... Whatever. Got another salesman and he must have gone back to his manager about TEN TIMES to discuss - what - I don't know. Like I said - I was paying the listed price. There was nothing to haggle. But they found a way. I was paying cash. I expected to be out of there in an hour. I was there for FIVE. Just going through all the bullsh*t. It was awful. Was it because I was a woman? Probably. Even more offensive. When I was finally presented with the car keys, one had it's blade completely chopped off, rendering it useless. And the car was filthy. Inside and out. Coffee stains on the floor, dust and dirt smudges everywhere. More
