Every cliche about car salesmen and dealerships - this one had it all. I arrived at the dealership, after already agreeing on the price now we're just haggling over the doc fees and I am told my guy, Brian Lloyd, is on vacation. The day I arrive (I was coming from out of state)? When I just talked to him last night? No mention that he would be gone... Whatever. Got another salesman and he must have gone back to his manager about TEN TIMES to discuss - what - I don't know. Like I said - I was paying the listed price. There was nothing to haggle. But they found a way. I was paying cash. I expected to be out of there in an hour. I was there for FIVE. Just going through all the bullsh*t. It was awful. Was it because I was a woman? Probably. Even more offensive. When I was finally presented with the car keys, one had it's blade completely chopped off, rendering it useless. And the car was filthy. Inside and out. Coffee stains on the floor, dust and dirt smudges everywhere. More

Wilsonville Toyota (Service Department) saved the day for me recently. I accidently pushed the "panic button" on my keychain, setting off my security system. In my attempt to stop my horn from going off and my recently. I accidently pushed the "panic button" on my keychain, setting off my security system. In my attempt to stop my horn from going off and my lights flashing, I made matters worse...ultimately making my car go into "stolen mode". My car totally shut down. I messed things up royally. Thanks to Service Manager Don Waters and his great staff, my car was fixed as good as new. They reprogrammed the engine computer system and made sure everything was working correctly, all in a professional manner. I am a 62 year old guy on disability...and not very auto tech savvy. Don and his staff treated me with respect, dignity and made me feel like I was their number one priority, throughout this awkward and embarrassing situation. I will definitely go back to Wilsonville Toyota for any future needs, and will highly recommend it to my friends and business peers. Thanks for everything Wilsonoville Toyota. Most expensive oil change ever. I got a call from a service manager, noting I hadn't been in for a long time... I mentioned that I needed an oil change, but wasn't prepared to leave I got a call from a service manager, noting I hadn't been in for a long time... I mentioned that I needed an oil change, but wasn't prepared to leave my vehicle (because I need my vehicle for work) - and she mentioned that they had Sunday hours for things like that.... and although they take forever, I decided to come in. Set an appointment, came in, and, as they always do, asked if I'd leave the vehicle (um... no... that's why I made an appointment).... and shame on me for not checking the paperwork. Apparently they had me down for a 40,000 service, which includes oil change, rotating the tires, and I'm not sure what other overpriced "system checks" - an hour and a half later, they were done, and even with my 10% coupon, it was still $60. I was floored. But not surprised. This dealership has been the king of over-priced arrogance compared to other dealerships. At least I didn't get oil stain handprints on the headliner, like last time. More

Great Customer Service I brought my Scion XB in for it's 15,000 mile service. Evan Bantin in the service department was extremely helpful and very friendly. John my shuttle driver was very friendly and a very safe driver. I also ran in to Elliott Franzen, the salesman that sold me my Scion a year and a half ago and he recognized me and made it a point to say hi and ask me how my Scion was treating me and if i was still happy with it. I was shocked that he remembered me from a year and a half ago, let alone what car i bought. It made me feel like he cared about me as a person and not just another customer. I will definable be purchasing my next vehicle from him and recommending him to all friends and family looking to buy a new car. Overall I received exceptional customer service and will be returning. More
