Jason gave us his word that he'd get back to us within a couple days of the sale regarding the 2nd Key he promised us, Surprisingly we didn't get a call after 5 days of the sale (the deadline to return a purchase) and had to call in ourselves. Jason again over the phone promised to resolve the situation and get back to us the next day, 3 days later and no call, so we called in, spoke with Boyce who told us to come in and they'd cut the key for us right there (hmmm why didn't that just happen the day we bought the car?) and top off our tank. Drove 30 miles back to Wilsonville on our day off, only to find that the key we needed wasn't ordered, we sat there for over 2hrs while this got resolved, wasted an entire day off for this. Josh Von Ruden, Jay Serhan and Chris Evans were extremely helpful and apologetic for the inconvenience. Left with the plan to come back later in the week to get things sorted, drove off the lot and not 5 miles down the road my electric window control panel collapsed into the door! So back we went. Again Josh, Jay and Chris were helpful and apologetic, we have to go back in once all the parts are there to make the repair. Overall I'd say we had an ok experience. Would I recommend Wilsonville Toyota/Scion to friends, family or strangers? maybe, I for sure would not recommend Jason as a sales person. We strongly feel that once the sale was made, that was it, we didn't exist, not even enough for Jason to return a call or follow up on his word, have to say for having a motto of no Bull, that was a lot of BS! More

They got me in quickly, checked out my concerns, washed and vacuumed my car and even got the work completed in less time then they quoted me. My experience was very good. More

Customer Service I chose Wilsonville Toyota as well as Scott Mckowen because of the reviews given on Yelp. I hate shopping and dealing with negotiating on anything and I chose Wilsonville Toyota as well as Scott Mckowen because of the reviews given on Yelp. I was in at 9 am and drove off in a new car by 1:30 pm. More

Used car Purchase There are pros and cons working with this dealership. The salesman that we worked with (Brian) was very nice, and did his best to make our sale go smo There are pros and cons working with this dealership. The salesman that we worked with (Brian) was very nice, and did his best to make our sale go smoothly. It was also nice that the sticker price on the car is the price, so you don't have to worry about haggling. Some points that I was not happy with, they really did not give a fair trade-in amount for the vehicle that I traded in, the lady doing the paperwork did it wrong twice requiring me to have a longer wait time and extra signatures were needed. Finally, upon getting my new vehicle that cost thousands of dollars, I was provided with less than 1/4 tank of gas. I asked if we could get more, and was told that they don't do that by the technicians. When you are investing that much money, it would be good customer service to at least provide the customer with enough gas to get home. More
Talk about Teamwork and Amazement When I first went to Wilsonville Toyota I didn't get very good customer service. Then Haley from Customer Care called me to talk about my experience w When I first went to Wilsonville Toyota I didn't get very good customer service. Then Haley from Customer Care called me to talk about my experience with the dealership. I told her that it wasn't very good and we (my wife and I) were still in a bind. She stated that if we come back then she will hook us up with the GM and then he can point us to the best salesperson that he has. When I showed up later that night, I met Josh (GM) and he introduced me to Justin (salesperson). Just listened to my situation, the cars were appraised and we had our offer for the cars. Now the hard part starts. We had to find a way to reduce two car payments down to one reasonable payment. Justin suggested leasing a vehicle and so we started looking at what we could afford. Well sad to say we couldn't get the one we wanted. However, we got something much better. The next day when we were going to finish up paperwork and the car was going to be ready (it had the plastic wrap on all the main parts the night before), I injured my back. I notified Justin that we may not be able to make it down to the dealership due to my injury. He replied, "I'll figure something out to where I can come to you." HE DID!!! He came up with all the paperwork a co-worker, and we did the paperwork and he drove off in our two cars and left us with the brand new 2015 Camry. DRIVES LIKE A DREAM!!!
