Hi Laura, thanks for your feedback. This behavior is simply unacceptable and we are sorry for delivering such a bad experience to you. Of highest concern is that you feel you were probably treated poorly because of your gender. If you could elaborate on that a bit, we'd certainly like to deal with that issue head-on. Also, we understand that there was no negotiation on the doc fees but, rather, that the deal was reworked to pull out the Oregon DMV fees and add in Washington State taxes and fees. Is that what you're referring to as haggling over the doc fees? In thousands of car deals here, we've never negotiated doc fees. So it would be important for senior management to understand exactly what happened in your case and correct these issues immediately.
