We were greeted right away by a very charismatic and friendly young man Jay, he listened intently on what we were looking for and had us look at our options. When he showed us the rav 4 we both new it was the one! Jay told us everything there was to know about it and it was a done deal. It was a very quick and stress free process. Jay really took the time to work us out a deal that didn't hurt us financially and gave us exactly what we wanted I feel very fortunate to have gone to Wilsonville Toyota and gotten my car from Jay. My wife and I love our car and have absolutely no regrets whatsoever, that's the first time I can say that about buying a car! Thanks Jay! More

DId a fine job I only asked that they not refill the wiper fluid because I use my own. They did not refill it! They also washed it very thoroughly. I have roof racks I only asked that they not refill the wiper fluid because I use my own. They did not refill it! They also washed it very thoroughly. I have roof racks on my car and automated car washes never wash under the racks. But the entire roof was clean, so they must have hand washed it. I was not provided with a loner car because "Sunday is a hectic day" for that kind of thing. I was a little bored in the waiting room, but I drank a lot of the provided coffee. I don't know if loner cars are a normal thing though, but it would be nice. More

I had worked with Wilsonville before and had an unpleasant experience. I was hoping that it was a fluke. I was wrong. My complaint was that I was quoted one payment price that we had haggled over for about 45 minutes. The sales guy goes to his manager and now the payment price is $40 more per month, a 'clerical error'. I express my disappointment and his response was "Nobody is forcing you to buy the truck". His exact words. After being there for hours, I got an 'Oops, sorry. Take it or leave it'. My wife was dying for the vehicle so I caved in. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this dealership. Gladstone Toyota will be getting my future business. More
