Good Customer Service I had some concerns when I was trying to rotate my tires at home. I've always had a good experience with Wilsonville Toyota when the service was covered under Toyota Care, but now that my Toyota Care coverage is over, I definitely would consider returning for additional paid service. Outstanding Service!!!!!! I did my research and picked out the car that I wanted and went to my local dealer.............Then the runaround started. Then I remembered the Wilsonville Toyota's NO BULL ad, skeptical as I am I called anyway and Steven Bailey answered all my questions with no pressure. As if that was not good enough he worked all the figures upfront in writing (E-Mail) and did all the paper work over the Net. The greatest part is when he delivered it to my door came in my house on my time and thoroughly walked me thru all the paper work and the walk-thru on my new Prius V. I never had to step into the showroom and spend hours negotiating or the back and forth with the finance manager. I will be leasing another car for business soon and Steven Bailey is my 1st choice. He was always anticipating our needs and knew how to show us only the vehicles that we were interested in. There was no pressure on us to spend more for a vehicle than we wanted to and his sense of humor made the entire process just fly by. Colin also had great attention to detail and made sure that every document he showed us was completely accurate. During the process we had some minor "wait times" due to how busy the dealership was, but Colin always kept us informed, offered us beverages and made sure we did not have to wait any longer than was necessary. Overall, the entire process went like clockwork and it was a joy to only have to deal with one person from the test drive to closing the deal to taking delivery. I would highly recommend Colin Thompson and Wilsonville Toyota to anyone looking for a quality car buying experience. More
