Sean helped us get our Honda Civic hybrid three years ago. He was so great that when we needed a new car my first thought was to go see Sean again. So we brought the Honda in and found out it was about to fall apart. We needed something that had great gas mileage and was safe for my family. He showed me the new Toyota corolla hybrid and I knew it was perfect. So, after finding us a great deal and doing so much work to get everything worked out for us, I left with my new Toyota. It was that easy!! Sean even rearranged his family schedule to be there to help us. He was so nice and honest which is huge. We were very pleased with the amount of effort Sean put in to make it perfect for us. I can say that when we need to replace the family van, Sean will be the one I call. He started talking to Greg McMillin about a possible trade-in and was so pleased with the information he received, and the kind of salesperson Greg was, that he called me on the phone and said "we're buying a new car"! I went back to the dealeriship with him to get the care and met Greg. He was so helpful, informative, and such a pleasure to deal with that it was a great experience. We also bought our first Prius from them also and had the same wonderful experience the first time. I would recommend to anyone who wants to purchase a Toyota, or a Scion, to definitely visit Wilsonville Toyota, and ask for Greg! More

All too often are the sales reps pushy shady and justifiably nervous, because the customer that just walked through the door could be they're last, or could keep your doors open one more day. And thats why I prefer to take my business to Wilsonville Toyota. For the longest time I approached buying a car buy mentally preparing myself for a battle. one in which the man with stronger will, patience, and smarts would ultimately win. But upon my first visit to Wilsonville Toyota some 5 years ago i was thoroughly confused when i wasn't rushed by a group of rabid salesmen who i'm sure had already taken bets on who could take me for the most cash. i was cordially greeted by a rep that was dressed like he cared about how he looked and not like "Flava Flav". And he simply stated his name and said "feel free to look around".... "if you want to check a vehicle out just come find me and i'll get the keys for you". This Verbal exchange was not threatening or overbearing in the least! Well needless to say i left there with a new Toyota Tacoma that day (still thoroughly confused mind you). Ive been back there a few times since then and and I've always been treated well. so I've come to realize that it isn't so much my perception of the car buying experience being a bad one as it is the quickly aging and nearly obsolete business model that traditional "commission ONLY" dealerships employ. That "Feast or Famine" model creates sales people who like a feral dog will naturally gorge itself on the next piece of prey it catches and then prey that it isn't its last meal. With that being said..... Nothing exemplifies and represents the tough but honestly fair and friendly business model of no haggle pricing at Wilsonville Toyota than the 2 awesome employees i met today. Greg McMillin and (i hope I'm getting this right) Shauna??? when i arrived i had to wait for a few minutes as all the reps were in a staff meeting but Shauna made sure that i was not overlooked. she quickly engaged me in conversation that had nothing to do with buying a car or me parting with any money. we talked until Greg came down to help me as if we were friends or or have known each other for some time. from the time Greg arrived at my side to the time i pulled out of the parking lot he was patient, polite, attentive and gave off the vibe of someone who cares about his customers. he made sure that i understood everything we were going over and that i was comfortable with what i was getting. And its that visible commitment to the customer that is what will keep me coming back. i have now bought my second vehicle from Wilsonville Toyota and unless i win the lottery and can suddenly afford a Bugatti Veyron i'll continue to be a loyal customer and gladly contribute to their continued success. We went out on the lot and looked at several cars and drove a couple. Since there was not the exact model and color that I wanted we went back inside and within 5 minutes he had located the car that I was looking for. ( this was in contrast to my local deaership where I had originally ordered a car but they could not promise me a delivery date even after waiting for 6 weeks) Trey said that he would get the car and perhaps have it ready by late afternoon and would I like to come back and pick it up then. I told him that since I lived 30 miles from the dealership that I didn't want to drive back, that I would like for him to deliver thecar to my house the next morning. He said,"No problem", and that is exactly what happened. Needless to say, I was extremely pleased with the whole process. I would recommend your dealership to any one. Arden Meyer More

What a pleasant experience to work with the men at this dealership! I first met Don when I bought my 2012 Toyota Camry XLE 6 cyl . Don was by far the nicest salesman I had ever worked with through the ye dealership! I first met Don when I bought my 2012 Toyota Camry XLE 6 cyl . Don was by far the nicest salesman I had ever worked with through the years ...... I'm 80+ years old, so I've bought several vehicles in my lifetime! Recently I decided to buy a 2014 Toyota Venza XLE 6 cyl AWD as my 'lifestyle' had changed, so off I went to Wilsonville Toyota to talk to Don Pendleton. I didn't realize Don had been promoted, but that didn't stop him from recommending me to one of the other salesmen, Jason Thompson. Jason was so nice to take me out for a test drive, and, I wound up ordering another new car that day! Today, I went to pick up my new Venza ...... Jason was out of town so I was fortunate enough to have Colin Thompson take care of me ..... and what an excellent job he did! He put together all the paperwork, helped me to insure my car today with my insurance company, put new license plates on my car, and went with me while I did a 'test drive' of my new car. I ordered one of the new colors....... 'Sunset Bronze mica' ....... not only do I love my new car, but I love the new color as well! Thanks guys ..... you are indeed wonderful to work with!
