I went to the dealership to look at a used car that was advertised on their website. Greg showed me the car and also asked what I was looking for in a car. I had thought I could only afford a used car, but instead I found I could afford to lease one and have the reliability and warranty of a new car. I was very nervous to make a car purchase, but Greg was patient and did not pressure me. So in spite of my nerves, I can say that I had an overall satisfactory experience in leasing a car. More
From the minute we entered the lot we were told exactly what to expect. And the did not hide anything, everything was upfront with no hidden meetings. We have purchased many vehicles over the years; our experiences have ranged from truly awful at some local "traditional" dealerships to good experiences via car broker or vehicle buying services. However - we would rate our experience with Scott and Wilsonville Toyota as the *best* car buying experience we've had. We were able to complete our purchase very expeditiously. It was a Saturday morning, my wife and I had planned a trip to Eugene to visit family. Since we would be passing by, we decided to stop in at Wilsonville Toyota to test drive a Camry Hybrid that we had s trip to Eugene to visit family. Since we would be passing by, we decided to stop in at Wilsonville Toyota to test drive a Camry Hybrid that we had seen on their web site. We were also curious about their "No Bull" policy. Before heading south, we stopped in at a Ford dealership in Beaverton to test drive a Fusion Hybrid. Wow, talk about high pressure sales ... we got the test drive over with, and couldn't get out of there fast enough. Our experience at Wilsonville Toyota was comfortable, satisfying, and enjoyable. Shortly after we arrived, we were introduced to our salesperson Sean Day. Sean's job was to take us through the process, from the beginning to wherever we decided to end it. Sean was very easy to work with, friendly, and seemed to be genuinely more interested in meeting our needs than in making the sale. He asked about my daily commute and, for the test drive, guided me out to an area where the terrain was similar. It was great. I was sold. But we were expected in Eugene ... did we really have time to go through the hassle, hand-offs, and hold-ups that go along with purchasing a vehicle? Turns out we did not have to worry about that. Sean did take care of everything from start to finish ... no pressure. The whole process, from the time we pulled in to the dealership - to resuming our trip to Eugene, took less than four hours! It has been just over a week now, and I am still very pleased with the experience - and the results. More

We were informed, after being there for almost 3 hours, by our salesman that KBB was incorrect. The salesman indicated Wilsonville Toyota would not adjust the trade in value of our vehicle, nor the price of the vehicle we wished to purchase. My wife and I left there, went to Dick Hannah Toyota based out of Longview Washington, and amazingly, they were able to give us the correct trade in value for our vehicle based on KBB. I would NEVER refer anyone to Wilsonville Toyota. More
This is my 3rd auto purchase from Wilsonville and the 5th for my family. I am convinced that I don't have to look anywhere else. I started working with Wesley Hutt when I was deciding which model I wanted. When I came back in I worked with Michael Heatherly because Wesley was helping another customer. Michael jumped right in and processed my purchase. What can I say about the sales staff.....not enough GOOD things! I know you have to make money but I also feel that I got a fair deal and it was handled perfectly. The car I drove off in was what will make me happy for years to come Just as a side note I did stop at Beaverton Toyota because it is very close to my work and it would have been convenient for service but I tell you the atmosphere there looks good but that is a far as it goes for me. They still seem to operate under the old 'closer' process and I hated that years ago and still do today it is just so out of date. I felt that I was being manipulated and it was a very uncomfortable experience. They also seem to think that they beat out Wilsonville Toyota all the time....WRONG! Maybe people don't know how to find the wilds of Wilsonville? I would just say in this case buyer beware especially if you are a woman. It just didn't feel right and I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Sorry to bring that up but Wilsonville Toyota is SUPER! I felt great about my purchase and had 0% buyers remorse. It was a very comfortable process and I want to Thank Michael and Wesley for making it a positive one. I do and will recommend Wilsonville Toyota to my family, friends, neighbors and co-workers. This is our 3rd purchase with Wilsonville Toyota since 2008. We continue to have "top shelf" service PERIOD. I only wish you sold every type of vehicle on the planet then we wouldn't have to deal with anyone else. This was a rough go for us. Timing (recent refi on house, other new car purchase) Wesley. Savannah and Ali were able to work with us from start to finish. Savannah helped us find and point out all vehicles (FJ's in this case) of interest and even sent individual video walk-through of each (unrequested) and went above and beyond her call of duty. Wesley was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He listened to all of our concerns and worked to help us meet the financing we requested (TFS), get the vehicle we wanted, with payments we wanted, as well as order all of the custom parts we wanted to add as well. Our relationship with Ali and her customer first attitude has always been a huge help in scheduling and service (She is the anchor of the team for sure) I look forward to being a part of the Wilsonville family again. Even though Wilsonville Toyota is in a convenient location to where I live, there are only two main reasons I purchased a used Camry from this dealership. The first reason is that Elliott Franzen works there and the second is that I have had several Toyotas in the past and they all seem to run forever. I know I have a choice of who to buy a car from and I chose Wilsonville Toyota because of the integrity and friendliness of Elliott Franzen. My wif'e's 93 Camry broke down on the freeway last week and I had it towed to Wilsonville Toyota for repairs. The cost of the repairs was much more than the car was worth so decided to purchase another car. Elliott emailed photos and prices of used Camry's, we chose one, drove one and decided on the one that would fit our budget. Having to work, I sent my wife to the dealership to close the deal with Elliott and she was completely satisfied with the speed and accuracy of the transaction and Elliott's attention to every detail. Elliott is a remarkable young man and cares about his customers and the relationship that he creates. I can only imagine the number of satisfied customers that he would bring to any business that he sells for. Elliott is man of character, integrity, honesty and humility and understands the selling process of questioning the prospect to improve the relationship from the very start. This is my 2nd new car purchase from Wilsonville Toyota and I would highly recommend them. My sales associate, Isaac Lodge, was very knowledgeable and guided me through the entire process. This is my first hybrid car so Isaac had to explain how it works along with the keyless entry system and even setup my Bluetooth!
